David Tveite - it’s pronounced “twighty” for some reason.

David is a lanky, perpetually embarrassed Minnesotan guy who has been thrilling and delighting audiences with his unique, cleverly crafted standup comedy for over ten years. 

David is a cheerful pessimist with material that is absurd but acerbic, cranky but whimsical, and cerebral but also very, very stupid. People seem to like it for the most part.

David has appeared on NBC's "Last Comic Standing" and performed at festivals across the country, including Portland’s Bridgetown Comedy Festival, Atlanta’s Laughing Skull Comedy Festival and Seattle’s Bumbershoot Music Festival. He currently resides in Portland, Oregon.

David is one of the most solid comedians in the scene which is evidence by his accolades as one of Willamette Week's 2025 Portland's Funniest People, a finalist in the Helium Comedy Club's 2023 Portland's Funniest Person (PFP) competetion. 

David, in my opinion, had the best semi-final set in the 2025 PFP.
