Refunds are available for ticketed events if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled showtime.

Refunds requested within 48 hours of the event are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Email us at info@misfitpdxproductions.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Requests must be received no later than 48 hours before the event to qualify for automatic approval.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
​
Refunds will not be issued for:

No-shows or late arrivals

Disruptive behavior resulting in removal from the venue

Tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers

5. Event Cancellations or Rescheduling

If an event is canceled or rescheduled:

You will be notified via email.

You may choose a full refund or transfer your ticket to the new date.

Refund Policy - the basics
